System requirements

If you want to test, wether your MIDI device supports continuous retunings (pitch bend), play the test file test.mid (136 B) on your device. When you hear always the same tone, Mutabor does not work with your equipment.

Current version

The current version is system independent and runs (at least) on Windows, Linux und MAC OS X. It is distributed as binary and source code package.

Mutabor 3.x

• Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, XP or heigher,
  Linux oder MAC OS X
• sound card
• MIDI library for your system (usually preinstalled on your system)
• Recommendet:
  • Sound card with mit MIDI output and input or USB MIDI adapter
  • MIDI keyboard er Masterkeyboard and MIDI expander
  • sufficient MIDI cables …

Mutabor 3.x source code needs additionally

• C++ compiler
• minimal unix command line tools (e. g. MSYS or some programming skills)
• wxWidgets Version 2.8 or heigher
• boost library
• some luck
